How does land investment work?
The Investing Partner will put the capital for the development of the plantation.
1. It will be a 30% co-owner: (1 hectare – 2.47 acres). “Agricultural Land – Forest 500 Palmeras Acroatta butyata”
2. It will be a 50% co-owner: (1 hectare – 2.47 acres). “Terreno Agropecuario – Forestal 715 ClonSap9 elite”
What is the profitability of the fruit?
- 1.500 Acroatta butyata Palms: Profitability is obtained by selling the fruit from the fifth year. Being the seventh year when the production of the fruit stabilizes.
- 715 ClonSap9 elite: Investment for the production of precious wood will be capitalized. (See cost graph and business plan)
What Legal Support do I have?
Agreement to repurchase 30% of the Investor Partner’s participation.
The Corporation is located in the State of Delaware, USA The investment is covered by the T-MEC.
The Corporation has a pact for the purchase of land in Mexico, initially creating an “Integrated Agricultural – Agroindustrial Trust”.
The funds deposited by investors are deposited into an Escrow – Plica account.
When do I have to make the deposit?
When you receive the notice by email with the payment instructions
When will I be the effective owner of the Agricultural Land?
You will be the co-owner of the “Agricultural Land – Forest” when the bank transfer is subscribed and in order of arrival.
What legally happens when the land is purchased?
The Corporation will buy the land in Mexico, initially creating an “Integrated Agricultural Trust – Agroindustrial”. Starting to develop the plantation.
